Returns & Refunds Policy

At A Majestic World, we value transparency and fairness while protecting the integrity of our programs, events, and titles. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when refunds or returns are available and when they are not.

This policy applies to all purchases made through A Majestic World, including merchandise, event registrations, tickets, titles, digital products, and items fulfilled through third-party vendors.

Merchandise Returns & Refunds.

A Majestic World accepts returns and refunds for physical merchandise only. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper care are not eligible for a refund.

 

Third-Party Vendor Merchandise.

Some merchandise, products, or services offered through A Majestic World may be fulfilled, shipped, or provided by third-party vendors. In these cases, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party vendor.

A Majestic World does not control and is not responsible for third-party vendor refund decisions, processing timelines, shipping methods, product quality, or inventory availability. By purchasing third-party items, you agree to comply with the vendor’s individual return and refund policies, which may differ from those of A Majestic World.

Where applicable, A Majestic World may assist in facilitating communication with a third-party vendor but does not guarantee outcomes, refunds, or replacements.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items.

The following purchases are final sale and non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service:

Titles, crowns, sashes, awards, or any designation associated with participation in A Majestic World.


Event registrations, pageant fees, entry fees, ticketed events, workshops, or appearances
Digital products, downloadable materials, virtual access, or online content.


Administrative fees, processing fees, promotional offers, or sponsorships.

Once access is granted, participation begins, or a title is awarded or announced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, disqualification, withdrawal, or failure to attend.

Event Cancellations or Changes

If an A Majestic World event is canceled by the organization, refund or credit options will be communicated directly to affected participants in accordance with the Terms of Service. A Majestic World reserves the right to reschedule events, substitute venues, modify programming, or transition to a virtual format when necessary.

Exchanges

Exchanges for merchandise may be offered at the discretion of A Majestic World and are subject to availability. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

How to Request a Return

To request a merchandise return, please contact us with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in the return authorization instructions.
