Welcome to A Majestic World. By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing a title, registering for an event, or purchasing tickets or merchandise, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or participating in any program, event, or offering provided by A Majestic World, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
Participation in A Majestic World is open to individuals who meet the age, title, or eligibility requirements outlined for each program. Minors must have parental or legal guardian consent.
A Majestic World reserves the right to accept or decline any application or participation at its sole discretion.
3. Titles, Representation, and Participation
All titles offered by A Majestic World — including Ambassador, Lifetime, National, International, Heritage, or Premier titles — are representation titles, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Titles do not imply affiliation with any other pageant system or organization. Participation does not guarantee advancement, media exposure, appearances, or future opportunities beyond what is explicitly stated.
Titleholders are expected to represent A Majestic World with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
4. Fees and Payments
All fees paid to A Majestic World — including application fees, title fees, registration fees, event fees, tickets, and merchandise purchases — are subject to the Refund Policy outlined below.
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize A Majestic World to charge the selected payment method.
Payment plans, Klarna, Affirm, or other third-party financing services are governed by the terms of those providers. A Majestic World is not responsible for decisions, approvals, or disputes related to third-party payment services.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final, except as outlined below.
Non-Refundable Items Include:
• Application fees
• Title fees (including Lifetime, Ambassador, National, International, or Premier titles)
• Event tickets
• Merchandise
• Registration fees
• Payment plan deposits or installment payments
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• For Vendor Delays
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Failure to participate after acceptance
• Travel or lodging issues
• Removal due to code of conduct violations
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be honored for the new date at the discretion of A Majestic World. In the unlikely event that A Majestic World cancels an event entirely, refund or credit options (if any) will be communicated at that time and determined at the sole discretion of A Majestic World.
6. Event Tickets
A Majestic World may offer tickets for pageants, galas, awards balls, or special events.
• All ticket sales are final
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise
• Event dates, locations, and formats are subject to change
• Ticket purchase does not guarantee participation, seating preference, or access beyond what is specified
• Travel, lodging, and related expenses are the responsibility of the attendee
7. Merchandise
A Majestic World may sell branded merchandise online.
• All merchandise sales are final sale
• Items are subject to availability
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• A Majestic World is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
Any issues with damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants, titleholders, attendees, and purchasers agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Harassment, defamation, misrepresentation, or behavior harmful to A Majestic World or its community may result in removal, revocation of title, or denial of participation without refund. It is expected that those chosen to represent A Majestic World Dress Stylish, Queenly and Professional for All events, Photos and any time representing the title.
9. Media Release
By participating in A Majestic World, you grant permission for the use of all photographs, video, audio recordings, and likeness for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes in perpetuity, without compensation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, titles, materials, and intellectual property associated with A Majestic World are owned by A Majestic World and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
A Majestic World is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during participation, events, travel, or use of the website.
Purchases of titles, tickets, or merchandise do not constitute an investment, guarantee of participation, or promise of future opportunity.
12. Changes to Terms
A Majestic World reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which A Majestic World operates.
